Weight loss plan: Week one results

Well a week’s gone by already, and in this past week I have had NO sweets/chocolate/anything fun, NO take aways and lots of vegetables and exercise! I was sort of nervous before doing my meaurements incase my first week was a total failure in front of a LOT of people lol, but I’ve been feeling and apparently looking better so I was looking forward to seeing how I’ve done. Anyway….*dun dun duuuun* results time!!

In one week I have:
Waist: LOST 1 INCH! (3 inches to go)
Hips: LOST 1 INCH! (4 inches to go)
Thighs: LOST 0.5 INCHES EACH! (3.5 inches to go each)
Above knees: LOST 1 INCH EACH! (1 inch to go each)
Arms: LOST 0.5 INCHES EACH! (2 inches to go each)
Weight: LOST 5lbs! (1st 9lbs to go)
Overall: 6 inches and 5lbs lost in one week!

YAAAAY!! Well, as you can see I have made a pretty effing good start!!! I know it’s gonna take weeks, or even months, to get where I want to be, but I’m SO pleased with how I’ve done so far!! Thanks SO much to everyone who emailed me about this, I really appreciate all the support :) :)
