Hey guys! Eugh, I decided to venture onto here after spending the day lounging around with a poorly tummy. I had tomato and basil soup with garlic bread for lunch and ever since my tummy has been churning and gurgling – yuck!The garlic bread was just too garlicy so now I feel absolutely sick!
Anyway, I am just here to remind anyone that has received pictures from me whether paid for or as gifts, or on CD or emailed – the copyrights to any of my images are held by me at all times, you are receiving copies for your own personal use – never ever public use without my clearly given permission. You do not have permission to distribute these in any way. If you want to use a picture of me as a way to refer to me (ie as a link) then please just choose one that is already displayed on my website and gain my permission OR just ask me!! I do not appreciate private pictures of myself being shared, these pictures were taken for your eyes only and will be made public if/when I choose. Trust is a big part of panty selling and it is imperative that this trust works both ways. I’ve posted this in the ‘angry rachy’ category but I’m not exactly angry, just a little grrr.

Um.. you do know that if you send someone photos and they put a photo up with a link to you, they actually do not need your permission because full rights are being displayed. If they used your photo in a dishonest way then this is illegal. But otherwise it is perfectly legal unless its a private photo (i.e not watermarked or used in public).
Just in case you didnt know xxx Same with text/website etc, as long as they honour a link back to the author, you have no rights.
Sorry to hear that you haven’t been feeling too good today. I hope it’s only a temporary
thing and that you’ll be much better tomorrow.
I ‘ve already told you how much I liked the pics. on the cd and these are two good examples. I especially like the one of you wearing that stripey top – I think you look lovely Rachy.
As for your other point – I personally wouldn’t dream of ever making public any of the pics I have of you and it’s a shame if someone has already done so.

Hope you are soon back to your normal self. Now you know to keep off the garlic bread in future. Personally I prefer a french stick and plenty of butter to dip in my soup – yum
Regarding your lovely piccies, sorry someone has published them. However, you have done the right thing in putting your name on them as it makes it more difficult for someone to publish as their own piece of work.

Is that just a general reminder of copyright or has there been a problem ? It is pretty obvious really that the photos you send out are for personal use only, and very good use they are put to as well

That otherthing about your pics being used by others. Its a shame that some people have little or no respect and I do happen to know that you have fighting power to play hardball with anyone that takes it upon themselves to gain any reward by doing such a foolish thing!

Hi Rachy, You’ve taken my “Rachy Blog” virginity and now I bet you won’t call me in the morning LOL!
Lovely blog & I shall pay more attention to it in future. On a practical note, small (half a teaspoon) of bicarbonate of soda in some hot water will sort your tum out. Makes for great burps as well which should appeal to your “naughty” side .
