Hey Guys, how are we all? Just a quick message to let you all know:
ALL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD
This is only temporary, quoted waiting times will currently be extended by about one week, minimum. I’m really sorry for this, I had my allergy testing thing today and it was horrible. It was different to what was originally planned, they couldn’t do the skin testing yet because of my eczema so I had a blood test (yuck and oww, first one ever) and have to wait for the results. I’ve also been told that my allergy reactions are serious enough to need an EpiPen so I’ve got two of them to be taken EVERYWHERE. I was at the hospital for hours getting told things and finding out more about stuff, it was really draining and I feel horrid. I’m really sorry about the delayed waiting time, if this is a problem for anyone then please do let me know and I’ll do all I can to arrange something that suits you. I appreciate your understanding here.
I’ve been told to register with MedicAlert and get a stupid little label thing to wear when I’m out and about, sadly I can’t find one with ‘I’m NUTS about panties’ or something. They tell me I REALLY SHOULD register, are they gonna freaking pay for it?! I don’t bloody think so! Bah.
Thanks everyone,
Rachy.

So sorry you had such a bad time at the Hospital Rachy. Hopefully they are just erring on the side of caution. I do hope you don’t have to wait too long for the results, and they are good. My thoughts are with you Rachy.
The last thing you should be worrying about is your panty orders. Your health is top priority. I’m sure no one will mind waiting a while longer, and if they do, hard luck.
Take care, plenty of rest and plenty of water (good advice that you have dispensed in the past).

Sorry to hear that your visit to the hospital didn’t go so well. Your main problem seems to be your nut allergy (which you already know about of course) so you’ll just have to continue to be very careful what you eat, sticking mainly to things that you know don’t affect you and reading the ingredients of other things, to make sure that they contain no traces of nuts, which would make you unwell.
The results of the blood test (and eventually maybe the skin tests) will show if there is any other problem and if there is, the hospital will obviously tell you whats best to do about that. It’s a bit of a nuisance having to take the EpiPens around with you all the time, but you may not ever need to use them.
Have a bit of a break and a good rest and just start up the orders again when you feel up to it. Try not to worry about things too much Rachy – we’ll all be thinking about you.
Love Pete.
