Copyright info article

Having found two new panty sellers websites using my written text and passing it off as their own work in the past week alone I decided to look into the issue.

The following information is taken from a very informative and brilliantly written article from www.BruceClay.com:

“In the case of web site theft, the taking of copyrighted materials, altering those materials to look like one’s own work, and the placing of those materials onto the internet for commerce, thus competing with the original author, is theft. It is also a copyright violation, but it is still theft and it can and should be prosecuted as such.”

Therefore in short, using text that someone else has written (either in it’s direct form or by using the same basic text and adding/taking out a word here and there) as if you had written it yourself breaks the law in TWO ways – it is theft and it is copyright violation. It can actually be reported as a criminal offence. It is serious. Don’t do it.

I am not writing this to get send a not-so-subtle hint to those that have done this in the past. It is to hopefully serve as an information point for new sellers, and also to let other sellers/webmasters in general know where they stand on the issue, the article is really informative. Girls, your guys want to know about YOU! If they wanted to read my words then they’d be on my site, they want to know you!

Newness!

Hey dudes! I’ve made a brand spanking new header for my website, I’m super pleased with it! It’s in the same selective-colouring style as my previous header and has the same colour scheme of black, white and red but has different images and a funky retro feel to it. It’s basically a better version of the header above (which, yeh I know, sucks!), here’s a section of it, click it to visit my homepage to see it in it’s full glory:

That’s all from me now! Have a day off today and need to spend it food shopping, bah! Although on a plus side, I’ve done a lot of my Christmas shopping already and have lots more ideas for all my awkward family members, hurrah!

MBT update!!!

Thanks to everyone who commented or mailed me about my MBT idea….verdict?

I went racing out and bought some straight away and I absolutely love love LOVE them!!! They were expensive but that’s been completely forgotten due to how much they’ve helped my buggared knee, some days I wouldn’t even know there was anything wrong with it. And my god they tone up your legs! I would really really recommend them to anyone that has trouble with their legs, back or posture as they really have done wonders that I never expected. Basically from the first day I could feel a huge improvement, I’m so glad I decided to get them so thanks to everyone who encouraged me to Yeh they do look kinda funky, especially with my work clothes, and I have had a few funny looks but who cares! I actually SKIPPED the other day! I haven’t been able to do that since February…not that I am in the habit of skipping often…but it’s good that I can

Now, a couple of you at least had noticed that another panty seller had lazily copied parts of my text from my pages and displayed my writing as her own work. I contacted ‘it’ about this and she is aware of her actions. Not all of it was a direct copy and paste thing, however it was content theft and it is illegal. It wouldn’t have been so bad if she could just admit she was wrong, but she acted like a true skank and took it upon herself to bitch about me in various places. So not only could she not be arsed to write her own words, she is also a truly horrible person. Sound like a good panty seller….? ‘E’xactly
